Appointments
You have options for scheduling your visit.
- Sign in to your MyChart account to schedule if you are already a patient.
- If you prefer to schedule by phone, call our office and we’ll help book your visit.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early on the day of your appointment. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
What to bring
Please bring the following items on the day of your visit:
- Insurance card.
- Copayments and payment toward your deductible. (If you will be paying out of pocket for the services you receive, please be prepared to pay in full at the time of your visit.)
- Your prescription and over-the-counter medications, along with information about doses and frequency of use.
- Records that describe your medical and surgical history.
New patients
The staff at Novant Health Cancer Institute – Mooresville looks forward to welcoming you. We want to make your first visit as comfortable as possible. To help us achieve this goal, please arrive at least 30 minutes before your appointment time.
