The check-in staff, specifically, Caleb, needs to be more courteous and respectful. His attitude is very disrespectful, in person and on the phone when once again my appointment needed changed. He is very defensive and confrontational. In other words, just rude. I have no issues with the Doctor or her Physician's Assistant.
