Appointments
We want to make sure you have easy access to the care you need. Schedule your appointment online and get other useful information through MyChart. You also can contact our office by phone during business hours to arrange a visit. Before scheduling your visit, check with your insurance company to determine whether a referral is required from a primary care physician or other provider.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your appointment. When you arrive on time, you help us provide better service to all visitors. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
What to bring
Please bring the following items on the day of your visit:
- Insurance card.
- Copayments and payment toward your deductible. (If you will be paying out of pocket for the services you receive, please be prepared to pay in full at the time of your visit.)
- Your prescription and over-the-counter medications, along with information about doses and frequency of use.
- Records that describe your medical and surgical history.
New patients
At Novant Health Cancer Institute – Huntersville, we look forward to welcoming new patients. It is our goal to make your first visit as comfortable as possible. To help us achieve this goal, please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment, to help us serve all visitors in a timely manner.
