Everyone from the entrance to the facility to the desk and Jessica are always pleasant and professional and even though they do this a hundred times a week I don't feel like I'm "just another patient ". It's very scary and we (the patients with this diagnosis) feel grateful and depend on them for a positive , supportive and compassionate interaction. And that's how it's been for me thus far. Doctor Fauci is amazing!
