Appointments
We welcome patients at Novant Health Spine Specialists - Randolph Road without a referral (unless required by your insurance). Call our office during normal business hours to make an appointment. For urgent medical needs, we will make every attempt to see you within 24 hours. Please note, our office requests at least 24 hour notice for cancellations.
What to bring
We request that you bring your insurance information and ID to each visit as well as any medications or over the counter supplements you may be taking currently. Please bring any payments or copayments due at time of your visit.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your first appointment so you can fill out necessary forms and paperwork. Note: If you were referred to our office by another physician, we likely have your relevant records already. If you were not referred, please bring with you any recent X-rays or test results with you to your first appointment at Novant Health Spine Specialists - Randolph Road.
