Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment at our clinic, you can call our office during business hours or schedule an appointment through the Novant Health Physician Finder.
You can schedule a visit at our office without a referral. Please arrive at least 20 minutes early so you will have time to fill out important documents before your child’s visit begins.
What to bring
- A list of the medications your child regularly takes, including supplements
- Your photo ID
- The insurance card that covers your child
- A form of payment, if insurance will not cover the entire cost of the visit
