I appreciate the doctor taking time to answer all my questions. Also, to reassure me that the worst of it is almost over, which made me feel a lot better and also providing me options with different medicines versus taking narcotics. I really appreciate it.

I truly enjoyed this entire experience. I’ve never had to seek medical services to deal with weight loss, so I was nervous about what my first appointment would be like. The receptionist was incredibly kind and greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. The MA was also very warm and friendly. She made sure I was comfortable before meeting with Shannon. Shannon was amazing. I didn’t feel an ounce of judgment from her while sharing my background and goals. She actively and carefully listened, and offered realistic solutions that I could implement immediately. I’m very happy with the entire experience, and I look forward to communicating with everyone again in the near future!

I would not recommend this practice for this service based on my visit. While the staff was very nice, I did not feel like the service was tailored to me and it was pretty generic which I could have gotten off the internet.
