Appointments
To schedule an appointment with an internal medicine provider at Novant Health Adult Primary Care Harper Hill in Winston-Salem, call during regular office hours. We offer same-day or next-day appointments for sick patients whenever possible.
To cancel or change an appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
New Patients
Arrive at least 15 minutes before your first appointment so we can collect necessary information from you. You may also download and print necessary forms from this website so that you can complete those in advance.
