Do you know someone who you think would be a great fit for the Novant Health Team? If so, you may be eligible for referral bonus up to $3,000!

Qualifying roles included in amounts up to $3,000:

  • Acute care RN
  • Acute care LPNs
  • OR/Surgical RNs
  • CRNA (certified registered nurse anesthetist)

Qualifying roles included in amounts up to $1,500:

  • Respiratory Therapist
  • Surgical Technologists
  • Radiology Technologists (acute care only)
  • Sonographers (acute care only)
  • CT Technologists
  • MRI Technologists
  • Interventional Radiologists

Team members referring individuals who accept full-time positions are eligible for the full referral bonus amount and those giving referrals for part-time positions are eligible for half of the amount. Those who refer an individual who accepts a PRN position will receive $500.

Referral bonus pay out details:

  • 50% of bonus amount at 1 month after the referral’s start date
  • 25% of bonus amount at 3 months after the referral’s start date
  • Remaining 25% of bonus at 6 months after the referral’s start date

*amounts pro-rated for part-time and PRN

Standard referral bonus rules:

  • Referrals can be made by any Novant Health team member, excluding leaders (supervisors and above) and People & Culture team members
  • Referring team member’s name must appear on the online application as the referral source
  • Qualifying respiratory therapists and RNs referrals are made for acute care facilities only
  • Referred RNs and CRNAs must have a minimum of one year recent acute care experience
  • Referred registered respiratory therapists and surgical techs may be new grads or experienced
  • Referral must still be employed at time of bonus payout
  • Referred individuals cannot be employed currently or in the past 12 months by Novant Health
  • Both the referring team member and the referred candidate must remain employed during the entire payout period to receive the full bonus.
  • The referred candidate must maintain bonus eligibility status (full-time, part-time of 24-35 hours or PRN status) in order for the bonus to be paid.

How to make a referral:

Email your referral’s name, contact information, position title and position number to: [email protected]. Referrals will then be contacted by the talent acquisition team and invited to apply.
