If you know someone who would be a great addition to our team and he or she meets the qualifications for an existing opening in one of the following identified categories (all acute care specialty RNs, physical or occupational therapists and certified coders), your referral could be worth $1,500!
NOTE: Individual facilities may include additional positions in this program.
You will receive:
- $750 at new team member's six-month anniversary
- $750 at new team member's one-year anniversary

- Referrals are made for acute care facilities only.
- Team members in management and human resources positions are ineligible.
- Referred RNs must have a minimum of one year of recent acute care experience.
- Referred individuals must be hired for a full-time, benefits-eligible position and maintain benefits eligibility.
- Referred individuals cannot be employed currently or in the past 12 months by Novant Health.
- Your name must appear on the online application as the referral source.
- Both the referring team member and the referred candidate must remain employed during the entire payout period to receive the bonus.
- The referred team member must maintain full-time status for the bonus to be paid.
