COVID-19 information and resources: Learn more or call 877‑9NOVANT
We're excited to help you get the resources you need to succeed as a participant in Novant Health's Student Programs. Please note that we do not manage the availability of employees for purposes of educational experiences (internships/observations). Identification of a qualified preceptor is the responsibility of the student and the school because each school/program has a different set of requirements for the educational experience.
Check out our frequently asked questions page or contact one of our helpful team members within student programs.
Before you begin your educational rotation you will first need to talk with your faculty member to insure that your university/school has an educational institution's "letter of Agreement" (the school of pharmacy's letter of agreement is here) on file with Novant Health, Inc.
Please have the school president, provost, chancellor, or appropriate designee sign the letter of agreement. Then return the Letter with a copy of your certificate of insurance to the address or email indicated at the bottom of the letter.
All students enrolled in an out-of-state educational program (North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia) must have their school provide proof of participation in the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA).
Thank you for your interest in a rotation at Novant Health. Rotations for NP, PA, SRNA, midwifery, and medical students must be submitted via myClinicalExchange effective July 13, 2020. Please have your school coordinator contact [email protected] for next steps.
If you do not fall into any of the groups above, please check the required documents for your program type below.
