At Novant Health Rowan Medical Center, our PGY1 Residency program strives to develop pharmacy clinicians who provide optimal patient care and safety. Upon graduation, the resident is able to exhibit quality professional leadership skills along with competent functionality in various pharmacy practice roles.
Program description
The Novant Health Rowan Medical Center PGY1 pharmacy residency entails 12 months of training and experience in multiple aspects. Its goals, objectives, and evaluation processes are established in accordance to ASHP standards. The program allows flexibility to meet the needs and interests of each individual resident while also providing a quality foundation in developing professional practice skills.
