Novant Health Pharmacy Residency Programs offer a wide range of learning experiences across our health system.  Experiences include postgraduate year one and two residency programs, a health system pharmacy administration and leadership program with a masters, and one of the first specialty pharmacy administration programs with a masters in the country.

Our residency programs consists of 35 residents across 14 diverse programs. The programs align under the same purpose to deliver remarkable care (safe, high quality, and cost effective) to our patients while focused on core experiences to develop well-rounded practice experts, researchers, educators, and leaders.

Our programs are designed with flexibility aimed to meet the residents’ professional needs and long term goals. Program preceptors offer comprehensive experiences to prepare residents for next career steps, foster a passion for excellence, and develop into future pharmacy practice leaders. About Us

Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center (Winston-Salem, NC) offers a full continuum of emergency, medical, surgical, rehabilitative and behavioral health services. Centers of excellence include the Rehabilitation Center, Maya Angelou Women’s Health & Wellness Center, Heart & Vascular Institute, Derrick L. Davis Cancer Center, Stroke & Neurosciences Center, Orthopedic Center and Behavioral Health. 921 beds.

Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center (Charlotte, NC) serves as a regional facility with the latest in diagnostic and treatment services, and is the first Novant Health facility to receive a trauma designation. Presbyterian Medical Center is a leader in providing specialized care to patients with cancer and heart disease. The hospital also provides maternity care and specialized neonatal intensive care to infants. Centers of excellence include the Heart & Vascular Institute, Cancer Center, Women’s Center, Stroke & Neurosciences Center, Behavioral Health and children’s emergency room. 576 beds.

Novant Health Rowan Medical Center (Salisbury, NC) provides emergency services, a maternity center and surgical services, including orthopedics, cancer care, cardiology, bariatrics, rehabilitation and other specialty care such as behavioral health and neurology. 268 beds.
