Health System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership

PGY-1 & PGY-2/MHA


The 2 year Health System Pharmacy Administration residency at Novant Health will prepare pharmacy leaders for success in a complex, evolving healthcare environment. The Novant Health Pharmacy Services team includes over 500 FTE supporting 15 acute care facilities, 10 community pharmacies, 2 specialty pharmacies, 11 infusion centers, and over 500 outpatient clinic locations across 4 states. This residency will be a unique opportunity for pharmacy leaders to train in the type of large, integrated, community-focused healthcare system that is truly improving the health of communities, one person at a time. The MHA graduate program is offered online through Pfeiffer University.

PGY1
