About the program

Nurses Improving Care for Healthsystem Elders logoNovant Health's nurse residency program will allow new graduate nurses time to gradually assume the duties and responsibilities that accompany the nursing role.

Accredited with distinction by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Accreditation Program, this comprehensive transition-to-practice program will include system orientation, unit-based preceptorship, monthly seminars, socialization activities, and a mentor group. We will hire into the residency program multiple times this year.

Additional details are as follows:

  • Applicants must complete the online application entirely and attach a resume. Specialty track preference can be included in the resume objective but it is not required. Specialty tracks available are:
    • Medical Surgical
    • Cardiac
    • Critical Care
    • Emergency
    • Behavioral Health
    • Women’s and Children’s
    • Surgical Services
  • Incomplete résumés may not be accepted.

Applicants that receive an offer for the residency must have a valid RN license and current CPR certification before the start of the orientation.
