Critical illness, accident and hospital care
Team members have the opportunity to enroll in critical illness, accident and hospital care plans with Guarantee Issue through Cigna.
Critical illness and accident coverage can help you be better prepared for the unexpected expenses related to a serious illness or an unforeseen accident.
Hospital care coverage provides a fixed benefit when a covered person incurs a hospital stay due to a covered injury or illness.

With the legal plan, you can get access to legal help for all of these issues and more, all for an affordable cost of $15 per month, which is $6.92 per pay period.
Whole life insurance
Benefits eligible team members have the opportunity to enroll in permanent life insurance.
Enrollment in whole life occurs through calling the Whole Life Enrollment Center. However, benefit premiums will be payroll deducted. If you enroll during your first 31 days of employment, coverage is guaranteed issue.

Long-term care insurance
Voluntary Long-Term Care insurance pays toward the cost of a long-term illness at a Long-Term Care Facility, an Assisted Living Facility or care received at home from a licensed Home Health Care Provider.
Enrollment in long-term care insurance is handled directly with UNUM and not through self-service. However, benefits premiums will be payroll deducted. If you enroll during your first 31 days of employment, coverage is guaranteed issue.
Note: NH NHRMC team members are not eligible to enroll in LTC insurance.
