Adoption Assistance

Novant Health’s Adoption Assistance Program provides up to $3,500 per child ($7,000 per year maximum) for adoption related expenses.

Tuition Reimbursement

After one year of service, Novant Health offers tuition reimbursement to reimburse employees for courses in which they receive college credit that are related to their present job and which help to prepare them for potential advancement within the system. Full-time employees may receive up to $3,000 per calendar year with a maximum degree total based on the approved Plan of Study. Part-time employees may receive up to $1,500 per calendar year with a maximum degree total based on the approved Plan of Study.
