Yes, students in academic programs requiring a fellowship experience as part of third-year curriculum are welcome to apply.

Please address letters of recommendation, cover letters, and personal statements to: “Administrative Fellowship Selection Committee.”

Your recommender can contact the program directly to submit a letter of recommendation. If this is the case, please indicate this, as well as the name and email address of the individual submitting your letter, in the email when you submit your application. Have your recommender or their representative submit the letter to [email protected] with the subject line “Admin Fellow Letter of Recommendation - [CANDIDATE NAME]”

No, Novant Health does not currently participate in the NCAF application process and timeline.

The criteria used to evaluate and select Administrative Fellows includes:

  • High academic achievement in graduate coursework from an accredited programExceptional statement of purpose
  • Diverse professional and personal experiences
  • Clearly articulated career goals
  • Strong letters of recommendation
  • Graduation from an accredited program within the 2022-2023 academic year, or the 2023-2024 academic year if your program requires a residency/fellowship

During the interview process, excellent candidates exhibit professionalism, leadership capabilities, knowledge of Novant Health, potential for growth and cultural fit at Novant Health.

The fellowship is a 12 month experience.
