No. There’s nothing you need to do to sign up. If Aubrey is part of your care, you'll be contacted automatically based on your communication preferences.

No. Aubrey is an optional resource designed to provide added support — not a requirement.  

Yes. You can stop receiving messages from Aubrey at any time by replying STOP to any message.
