Michael Hoover, Chairman
Michael Hoover is the President of TML Copiers -- A Xerox Company. Mike has been with TML for more than 25 years and has been working in the office technology business for over 27 years. Mr. Hoover is currently a member of the Kiwanis Club of Bull Run. He has also served in numerous leadership and community development roles in the past including: Chairman of the PWC-Greater Manassas Chamber of Commerce, Manassas Business Council Member, Konica-Minolta Dealer Advisory Council, President of the Kiwanis Club of Bull Run, PWHS Foundation Trustee, Chairman of the PW March of Dimes Walkathon, plus numerous committee chair roles with the Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Hoover is a 1985 graduate of Virginia Tech and was recognized in 1985 as an "Outstanding Young Virginian" by the Virginia Jaycees. Mike and his wife Tammy reside in Gainesville, have six children, and attend Park Valley Church.

Steve Danziger, Vice Chairman
Steve Dansiger is the Manassas Site Executive and Senior Manager of Quality and Performance Assurance for BAE Systems in Manassas, responsible for the site's operation and improving the overall quality and efficiency for the site's ($100M/yr in business) products and technology. He has been an engineer and a manager in semiconductor development and production for various defense and commercial semiconductor organizations working with state-of-the-art technologies, starting at IBM, and eventually becoming the Director of Manufacturing Operations for Micron Technologies. He earned a BS degree in physics from Queens College City University of New York and an MS degree in physics from Pennsylvania State University. He is serving in numerous community-development and policy-related roles, including chairman of the Prince William Soil and Water Conservation Board, Didlake Inc. board member, Prince William Chamber of Commerce Public Policy committee member, and Fairfax County Water Authority board member. He holds three patents and more than 30 publications on technical and management topics.

Richard A. Belden
Richard A. Belden is Chief Operating Officer for the Universal Service Administration Company located in Washington, DC. Prior to this, he was General Manager of Micron Technology Virginia in Manassas and President and Chief Operating Officer of Dominion Semiconductor. Before moving to Northern Virginia, Mr. Belden worked for IBM as Manager, Investment Analysis, in New York, and as Controller, Software Solutions Division in North Carolina. Belden received his bachelor of science degree in industrial engineering, with honors, from Georgia Institute of Technology. He and his wife Diane have two children.

Dr. Annie Hunt Burriss
Annie Hunt Burriss is Chief Executive Officer for George Mason University’s Prince William campus, home to a National Institutes of Health-sponsored biomedical research laboratory, the Governor’s School for the Sciences, and the George Mason-Georgetown Medical School George Squared program. The campus anchors Northern Virginia’s largest technology park, Innovation Park, which is nationally recognized for its public-private partnerships, including the Hylton Performing Arts Center and the Freedom Fitness Center. Dr. Burriss pioneered a state university system economic development program, and led the launch of four 501(c)3 and one 501(c) 4 corporations, with the latter saving the State of Georgia some $3 billion by applying sound business practices to state operations. She currently serves on the boards of the Prince William Chamber of Commerce, the Mason Center for the Arts and Eastern University’s doctoral leadership program. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (doctorate in Higher Education Management), Georgia Tech, Stephens College, and Sullins College. She and J. Wood Burriss are proud parents of a daughter and son.

William Fairchild
William Fairchild is Retired Chairman of R. W. Murray Co., a commercial general contractor based in Manassas, Virginia. A lifelong advocate for free enterprise and open competition, Bill served as 2001 Chairman of the Virginia Chapter and as 2008 National Chairman of Associated Builders and Contractors. In 2012, Bill was appointed by the Governor of Virginia to the Board of Visitors of his alma mater, Virginia Tech, where he earned a BS in Building Construction in 1976. He is also active in his community, serving on the Virginia Gateway Community Development Authority. He has also received numerous awards including the Virginia Tech Construction Hall of Fame and ABC Member of the Year in 1998, 2004, & 2008. Bill resides in Prince William County with his wife of 37 years, Anita. Both of their children, are married and Bill and Anita are proud grandparents of one child.


John P. Grzejka retired from the City of Manassas after thirty-five years of service. Mr. Grzejka was first elected City Treasurer in 1976. served three terms on the City Council and retired after fourteen years as the City's Commissioner of the Revenue. Besides the elected offices, Mr. Grzejka served as Finance Director and CFO in the construction and airline industries. He currently is a member of the Gainesville-Haymarket Rotary Club and past president of the Manassas Rotary Club. He and his wife Erna reside in Haymarket and have one son and two grandsons.

JoAnne Gutliph, MD
JoAnne Gutliph, MD, is a gynecologist with Prince William OB/GYN Associates in Manassas. She is a past Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics-Gynecology at Prince William Medical Center. Dr. Gutliph graduated summa cum laude from Hartwick College in Oneonta, NY, and she attended Medical School at State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine. She completed her residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Gutliph is a member of the Medical Society of Virginia, Prince William County Medical Society, the Obstetrical and Gynecological Society of Virginia, the American Medical Women's Association, and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists. She has served as Clinical Instructor for the Department of OB/GYN at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond. She and her husband Robert W. Bohn have three children.

Donna Hollis
Donna Hollis is the Chief Operating Officer for Didlake, Inc. in Manassas, an organization committed to creating opportunities that enrich the lives of people with disabilities. Donna has been with Didlake for 20 years. Donna served as Didlake’s Chief Financial Officer until June, 2013 when she assumed the role of COO. Donna has a B.S. degree from the University of Alabama with a major in Accounting and earned her C.P.A. in 1981. In 2013 Donna was a finalist in the Virginia large nonprofit CFO of the year award. She has served on the Board of the Voluntary Action Committee and the Didlake Foundation and was appointed and served on the AICPA Not for Profit Expert Panel. Donna is a member of the AICPA, the Virginia Society of CPAs and the Alabama Society of CPAs. Donna has one daughter.

Vik Khot, MD
Dr. Vik Khot is the medical director of behavioral health, chairman of the department of psychiatry and past president of the medical staff. He completed his residency from the Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals and his fellowship in adult biological neuropsychiatry from the National Institute of Health/NIMH. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and a distinguished fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and an attending physician at Novant Health Prince William Medical Center and Haymarket Medical Center. Dr. Khot is currently serving a second term as a trustee by virtue of his leadership role in the medical staff. For over the last two decades he has been a clinician, educator and administrator at Prince William Medical Center and a champion of patient safety and quality. He is an Associate Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at George Washington University, Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, Washington, DC. Dr. Khot has continuously received the American Medical Association Physician Recognition Award for Continuing Medical Education with Commendation for Self-Directed learning since 1994. He has been recognized by his peers as a Top Doctor in the Washingtonian Magazine continuously since 1999 and Top Doctor in Northern Virginia Magazine continuously since 2010. Dr. Khot is married with two grown children.

Joseph J. Magalski, MD
Joseph J. Magalski, MD, joined the medical staff of Prince William Medical Center in 1999. A general surgeon, he is a partner in the practice of Bartolozzi & Magalski. He is Secretary/Treasurer of the Prince William Medical Center Medical Staff. Since 2006, he has served as Chair of the Department of Surgery and as Director of the Surgical Services Executive Committee. Dr. Magalski received his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and completed his internship and residency training at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, New York. Dr. Magalski is certified by the American Board of Surgery. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the American College of Surgeons, the Medical Society of Virginia and the Prince William County Medical Society. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Melissa L. Robson is President of Prince William Medical Center in Manassas, Virginia, and President of the Northern Virginia Market. Prior to coming to Prince William Medical Center, she was Chief Operating Officer at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center in Salisbury, North Carolina and President of Novant Health Huntersville Medical Center in Huntersville, North Carolina. In addition, she was a key leader in overseeing the construction of the hospital in Huntersville. Robson received her bachelor of science degree in nursing from Gardner Webb University and her master's of health administration from Pfeiffer University. Robson received the Leadership Novant Certificate of Achievement in 2007 from Novant Health/UNC School of Public Health. She serves on the board of directors of the Prince William Chamber of Commerce. She and her husband Jeff have two children.

Donovan Wine
Donovan Wine is President of E.E. Wine and he maintains an active role in church and community. He has been a member of the Manassas Rotary Club since 1988 and has served on its board and as its Vice President and President. He has also served on the board and as President of Historic Manassas and he has served on the board of AccuTek Assemblies, a non-profit business that provides work for mentally- and physically-challenged employees. Mr. Wine has been appointed by the City Council as a board member of the Manassas Business Council representing the Mathis Ave-Route 28 business sector. He serves on the Local Advisory Board for BB&T and on the Executive Committee for the Stewardship Ministry at Manassas Assembly of God. Mr. Wine serves as Chairman of the Prince William Medical Center Foundation Board of Trustees. He and his wife Betty have two children.
