We also offer a cardiac rehabilitation program for patients with heart disease. During this program, our team of experienced cardiac nurses and specialists will work with you to create an individualized and closely monitored exercise plan.
Staffed by a group of dedicated professionals, the program includes exercise therapy, nutrition education and counseling, psychosocial education and counseling, and smoking cessation and support. Using state-of-the-art cardiovascular exercise equipment at our rehab facility, you will be able to safely improve your aerobic conditioning and ensure that you can continue living a healthy and active life.
