  • On-site physical therapy - for qualified companies
  • Ergonomic assessments – on-site workplace evaluations conducted by specially trained therapists who determine ergonomic risk factors for individuals or departments and prepare written recommendations
  • Functional capacity evaluations – an evaluation designed to help determine an individual’s ability to perform their daily work duties
  • On-site educational programs – custom educational presentations for employers about topics such as proper body mechanics, proper lifting techniques, maintaining a healthy back, and more
  • Work conditioning program – therapists experienced in treating injured workers create individualized programs based on job requirements to progress the worker to return to their previous work
  • Job demands analysis – an analysis of the physical requirements of performing a job completed by specially trained physical and occupational therapists; this analysis is then used to write a functional job description or create a post-offer screening test or restricted duty program
