Listening to, responding to, and caring for our patients

We are committed to providing the highest-quality care for people in our communities. Meeting this standard of care starts by listening to our patients and connecting with them and their families in ways that are authentic and genuine. Together, we collaborate to deliver a healthcare experience that is comprehensive, comfortable and caring.

Delivering remarkable medicine to our communities - Team members and leaders follow up with patients and families to ensure we are meeting or exceeding expectations and addressing any concerns during the hospital stay. Then, a few days after discharge from the hospital, patients may receive a written survey in the mail or by email. This survey asks the patient for his or her feedback about nursing care, communication, food, room cleanliness, how well we explained complicated tests and procedures, and other areas about their experience. The survey will also ask patients about their likelihood to recommend our facilities. Our results are then compared to those of other hospitals around the country so we can see how our services and programs rate against other top-rated facilities.

We use this feedback as a way to continually improve our care and service so we can make healthcare more personal for each patient.
