Making registration and scheduling appointments easier than ever

We know that you are busy. That is why we've provided a number of ways to access health information, make appointments and speed up the registration process. It's all part of our effort to make healthcare work for you.

To schedule an appointment, please call the scheduling department at

571-284-1000

Appointments

There are several types of appointments that you can schedule directly with us. These include certain diagnostic procedures and office visits with a primary care physician from the Novant Health Medical Group, our affiliated physicians. You can schedule some outpatient imaging procedures, but we do ask for a physician's name so we will know where to send the test results.

All other tests and procedures taking place at one of our locations must be scheduled through your referring physician. We also ask for a physician's order to perform certain outpatient imaging tests.

Please bring your insurance card, a list of your current medications and any medical records your doctor may need to your appointment.

To schedule an appointment, please call the scheduling department at 571-284-1000 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.

If you prefer, you can fill out the call-back form and a scheduler will call you back during regular business hours to schedule your appointment.

Pre-registration

After scheduling your appointment, you will need to register for your stay. Whether you are a returning patient or a first-time patient, we recommend that you pre-register online so you can save time when you arrive for your appointment.

If you have a question or prefer to register by telephone, please call:

571-284-1000

If you choose to pre-register using the online form, we request that you submit your pre-registration information at least two business days prior to your scheduled appointment. You will also need to sign a Consent to Treatment form and Notice of Privacy Practices form.
