False Claims Act Policy

Novant Health's False Claims Act policy  defines certain obligations for our company and our suppliers including the protection of whistleblowers.

Gifts and Business Courtesies

Novant Health maintains a Gifts and Business Courtesies policy  to guide employees concerning the giving and receiving of gifts and business courtesies, and relationships with vendors, organizations and patients. Vendors should be aware of this policy and understand they have a role in complying.

Report of Wrongdoing Policy

The purpose of Report of Wrongdoing Policy  is to provide methods to report wrongdoing in good faith. Wrongdoing may include but is not limited to suspected misconduct, violations of law or regulations, questionable accounting, or concerns about suspected violations of the Novant Health Code of Conduct & Compliance Program or other policy.

Novant Health Medical Group Vendor & Visitor Management Policy

Novant Health Medical Group has a unique structure and operational needs, which requires additional guidance to ensure patient safety, quality and risk reduction. The Vendor and Visitor Management policy  supports team member in their interactions with vendors. Vendors should be aware of this policy and understand they have a role in complying.
