SeniorCare Consultation and Referral Services

The SeniorCare consultation and referral services is a comprehensive service to assist employee and their older family members with eldercare issues. SeniorCare has provided consultation for employed caregivers since 1988 and has an extensive database of resources throughout the United States.

A master's level work/life professional will asses an employee's situation and offer brief, solution-focused resolution regarding eldercare issues. The older adult (parents, parents-in-law, spouses, siblings, grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc.) can live anywhere in the US. Issues and concerns will be discussed for as long as the employee feels there is a need.

Appropriate referrals will be found if needed for both the caregiver and the older family member, and follow-up phone calls will be make to ensure that the client has no further questions concerning their relative.
