Comprehensive homeownership education classes and counseling provide customers with knowledge about obtaining a mortgage and down payment alternatives. To provide additional service, Community Link has an on-staff Buyers Agent to assist customers through the home selection and purchasing process.Community Link provides a free seminar every Monday from 5:30-7:30. Information is provided on the advantages of homeownerhip, how to become a homeowner and how the Howeownership Education Program works. Services are provided free of charge.
