Interpreter services

Our interpreter services help patients and their family members who have special communication needs. Foreign-language interpreters are available for individuals who are limited English proficient. Free sign language and oral interpreters, TTYs and other services are also available to deaf and hard-of-hearing persons. Please let us know if you need an interpreter when during the admitting process or pre-registration.

Tobacco-free campus

Novant Health Clemmons Medical Center is a tobacco-free campus. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on campus, including sidewalks, parking structures and inside vehicles parked or driving through campus. This is part of our ongoing effort to ensure a healthy environment for our patients, visitors and employees.
