The largest components of Novant Health are Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem with 961 beds, Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte with 531 beds, Rowan Regional Medical Center in Salisbury with 268 beds and Thomasville Medical Center in Thomasville with 149 beds. Novant employs 22,000 people and has 813 physicians in their medical groups.

Other hospitals include: Medical Park Hospital in Winston-Salem, Presbyterian Orthopaedic Hospital in Charlotte, Presbyterian Hospital Matthews, Presbyterian Hospital Huntersville, and Brunswick Community Hospital. Other facilities and programs of Novant Health include three philanthropic foundations, two nursing home and senior residential facilities, 246 physician clinics, outpatient surgery and diagnostic centers, rehabilitation programs and community health outreach programs.
