Our leaders were the first to use stories to help instill a system-wide passion for creating a remarkable patient experience, and that prompted Novant's first coffee table book of remarkable stories,
One Person at a Time.
Novant quickly realized there were a lot of remarkable stories throughout the organization -- stories that lingered in anonymity when they could potentially have an enormous positive impact if shared with everyone. So, we created a culture in which leaders and employees regularly submit remarkable stories about Novant Health staff that highlight their dedication to patients and families. Many of these stories were compiled into Novant's first coffee table book,
One Person at a Time. The first book was so popular that we published a second edition to highlight even more employee stories. Each of these stories is a living example of the caring and compassion that reinforces our vision of delivering the most remarkable patient experience.
