Facility names change, new visual identity roll-out as new strategy positions integrated network to deliver seamless and convenient healthcare
Novant Health facilities across a four-state footprint today launched a new brand strategy by unveiling new signage and other visual identities throughout the network. Additionally, new initiatives were launched to support a strategic plan to make healthcare remarkable.
Formed in 1997, Novant Health has grown from four to 13 hospitals, more than 100 outpatient facilities and over 350 physician clinics in four states. The strategic branding plan announced in February, 2013 ties to Novant Health’s commitment to reinvent the healthcare experience by making it more convenient, easier to access, and more affordable so patients can focus on getting better and staying healthy. By uniting under one brand, the organization creates a seamless healthcare experience for patients.
“Novant Health is an integrated network of physician practices, outpatient centers and hospitals, and the strategy to brand our system under one name is the next step in our transformational journey to make healthcare remarkable,” said Carl Armato, president and CEO of Novant Health. “Each of our facilities exist to bring patients and communities world-class technology, clinicians, and care – where and when they need it. Under a unified brand, patients can now connect our many options for care to the unmatched Novant Health patient experience.”
The 13-hospital system, tied together under the Novant Health name, creates a seamless experience that unites multiple points of care and demonstrates across all facilities that Novant Health is dedicated to making healthcare remarkable.
As part of the integrated brand strategy, today Novant Health physician clinics also launched an enhanced patient portal at MyNovant.org to provide a variety of services to all site visitors. Visitors will now be able to pre-register for appointments, pay bills, search a library of trusted health information, connect with Novant Health social media sites, and find a clinic or physician through the site.
